Collection — curriculum and large orders
The majority of our curriculum orders are fulfilled by collection from our address in Haynes, Bedfordshire. This is how we keep costs down for our customers and ensure orders are handed over carefully and correctly.
Once your order is ready we will be in touch to arrange a convenient collection time. Please be aware that if you are waiting on one or two titles from a larger order, you are very welcome to collect in stages; we would rather you have what is ready than wait for everything to arrive together.
Please note that we only release orders directly to the customer who placed them. We know this is occasionally inconvenient, but we hope you will understand why. Experience has taught us that passing orders to a third party to pass on, however well intentioned, leads to items going astray and nobody being quite sure where they are. It is not fair on you and it is not fair on us, so we made the decision to hand over personally every time. We are grateful for your patience with this.
In addition to collection from Haynes, we sometimes arrange collection at church or at a mutually convenient meeting point. If this would work better for you, please mention it when you get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Shipping — in-stock items
In-stock items from our gift shop and family formation book range can be shipped to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Orders over £75 qualify for free standard shipping. For orders under £75, a shipping charge will be calculated and shown at checkout. Shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of your order.
We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within two to three working days of payment being received. Delivery timescales after dispatch depend on the carrier and are estimates only; we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email.
If you have a question about shipping costs before placing your order, please do get in touch at help@catholichomeschoollife.com and we will give you an accurate figure.
Arranging your own courier for large orders
If you are not local to Bedfordshire but would like to place a large curriculum order, please contact us before ordering. In some cases customers have arranged their own courier to collect from us, and we are happy to accommodate this where it is practical. We will prepare and label your order ready for collection by your chosen carrier; you would be responsible for arranging and paying for the courier and providing us with the relevant paperwork and labels in advance.
We hope to be able to offer nationwide shipping on larger orders in the future as our business grows. If you would like to be notified when this becomes available, please sign up to our mailing list.
International shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping. Many of our products are sourced from the United States and are subject to import regulations that vary by country; we are not in a position to guarantee that goods can be imported to destinations outside the United Kingdom. We ship to UK addresses only.
Damages and lost orders
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and a description of the problem and we will put it right.
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
