The Homeschool Bookshop is a trading name of Hallam Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 11941032, VAT number GB435432214), whose correspondence address is 4A North Lane, Haynes, Bedfordshire, MK45 3PW. References to "we," "us," and "our" mean Hallam Solutions Ltd trading as The Homeschool Bookshop.
1. Your account and use of the website
By using our website you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are using the website with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide to us, including your name, address, and payment details, is accurate and up to date. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that takes place under your account.
2. Our products
We have taken care to describe and represent our products accurately. However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device and its settings. We do not guarantee that product descriptions will be entirely free from error, and we reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies. We may withdraw or discontinue any product at any time.
3. Orders
When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is not accepted until we confirm it. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, for example if a product is out of stock or if we are unable to process your payment. We will contact you using the details you provided if we need to make changes to or cancel your order.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has been accepted, we may not be able to cancel it, particularly for imported or made-to-order curriculum titles that have already been placed with our suppliers on your behalf.
Returns and exchanges are subject to our Returns and Refunds Policy.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and are correct at the time of display, though we reserve the right to change them without notice. The price you pay will be the price shown at the time you place your order, as confirmed in your order confirmation email.
Prices do not include shipping charges, which will be shown at checkout. Where applicable, any customs or import duties are your responsibility.
You warrant that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide and that the payment details you give us are correct.
5. Shipping and delivery
Delivery timescales are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you once we have handed them to the carrier.
For imported curriculum titles, please be aware that lead times can be significant, as these items are ordered from suppliers in the United States. We will communicate expected timescales to you when you place your order.

6. VAT
Hallam Solutions Ltd is registered for VAT in the United Kingdom (VAT number GB435432214). VAT is applied to applicable products in accordance with HMRC regulations. Books are zero-rated for VAT purposes. Gift items and other non-book products are subject to VAT at the standard rate of 20%, which will be shown at checkout where applicable.
7. Intellectual property
All content on our website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and design, belongs to Hallam Solutions Ltd trading as The Homeschool Bookshop or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our prior written consent. Our website is hosted and powered by Shopify. Your purchases are made directly with Hallam Solutions Ltd trading as The Homeschool Bookshop. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your purchases, including any loss or damage arising from products you buy through our store.
